4. Teach according to the student’s ability:
In schools, no one cares about the skills of the student. Every school just gives a bundle of the same books to every student of the class. Without knowing the creativity of the mind. Schools should allow the kids to choose the subjects that they want to read.
5. Encourage the ideas of the student:
Students should able to work on their ideas. Teachers should give projects to students according to their skills. It will help to improve the creative skills of students.
6. Group Assignments:
Dived the students into groups according to their interests, and give them group research work. It will help them how to collaborate with others in society. It will also teach them to understand and bear the point of view of other people.
7. Give a touch to the previous lesson in every lecture.
Usually, teachers don’t touch the previous lesson in their new class. It reduces the interest of the students in a specific subject. When the teacher explains a little about the last lecture, students will be more attentive towards the lecture.
8. Use an electronic school management system.
In this era of technology, schools are still using a paper-based system for management. Thus to improve the educational institutes, every school should be a digital school. The electronic school management system plays a vital role in the improvement of every institute. It saves time, reduces cost, provides the best management, and enhance productivity.
9. Workshops for teachers:
Every school should arrange workshops for teachers regarding how to teach and handle the behaviors of students. Every student has a different temperament so, and a teacher should have the proper training and education to behave with students.
10. Replace the old style of syllabus books:
The syllabus books in all schools have too early concepts of teaching. Thus the books need a change according to the advancement of the world. Books related to the computer should be must in every class because the future is nothing without the digital system.
